And it isn't much of a surprise.
It's a great house.

Upstairs, the rooms are large with built-ins. The bathroom is great. I just can't tell if the shower tile is dirty or if that is the tile. There is a laundry shoot in the hallway. The basement is a good size with more built-ins and there is a large laundry room and another bathroom.

But there is no parking.
Still, there was no way this wasn't selling way over the $699,900 asking price.
