AND IT WENT FOR - 69 Dixon Avenue - BEACHES

Five days ago, I posted this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house on a 24.67 x 100 foot lot at 69 Dixon Avenue in the Beaches.

But it wasn't the first time I posted it.

I first posted this house in April when this house was listed at $1,350,000.

There were things about it that I wasn't crazy about like the wood wall and the fact that it was so dark, but I thought someone was going to love it and that it might go for $1,450,000.

It didn't and last week it was back on the market with brighter, white walls and a price drop.

The new asking price was $1,299,000.

It sold the day I posted it after 1 day on the market for...

$1,299,000.
