AND IT WENT FOR - 83 Moore Avenue - MOORE PARK

A little over a week ago, I posted this 2+1 bedroom 3 bathroom house on a 28 x 120 foot lot with 1 parking spot at 83 Moore Avenue in Moore Park.

It was a really good house both inside and out, and it was pretty clear that it was the home of a designer.  I just didn't know who.

If you were interested in a house with only 2 bedrooms in a neighbourhood with a lot of families, this was a great option.

It was listed at $1,295,000.

I thought it would sell closer to $1,385,000...maybe $1,365,000.

It sold after 10 days on the market...

For $1,305,000.
