PRICE DROP - 167 Macpherson Avenue - SUMMERHILL
In June, I posted this 2+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi duplex on an 18 x 120 foot lot at 167 Marlbourgh Avenue in Summerhill.
It was listed at $1,649,000...
Which was crazy.
Well, it hasn't sold and the price has been dropped...
To $1,629,000.
$20,000!?!
That's not going to help.
