PRICE DROP #2 - 96 Major Street - HARBORD VILLAGE
Three weeks ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom row house on a 14.35 x 80 foot lot at 96 Major Street in Harbord Village.
The second I saw the house, it looked familiar.
The porch looked just like the porch at 324 Glen Road...
And when I saw this thing on the wall inside...
I knew that this was another Cornish Flipper flip.
Like their other flips, this house had good floors, light fixtures, and wallpaper.
But with the house being a narrow row house, I wasn't so sure of the price.
The initial asking price for this house was $1,399,000.
I thought it was more of a $1,275,000 house, but that it would probably sell for $1,325,000...maybe $1,345,000.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped a week ago to $1,379,000.
It is now down again.
The new asking price for this house is...
$1,298,000.
