PRICE DROP/INCREASE - 638 Euclid Avenue - PALMERSTON

A week ago, I posted a price drop for this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 14.04 x 125 foot lot with 2 parking spaces at 638 Euclid Avenue in Palmerston.

It was a house that I had initially posted in June when it was listed at $1,399,900.

Because the 3 bedroom at 455 Euclid Avenue had sold for $2,025,000. I thought this house would sell closer to $1,450,000...

But it was only 14 feet wide.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped in July to $1,359,000.  So, after 2 months, I suspected there would be another drop soon.

Two days later, the price was dropped to $999,000 (why?).

It's back up again...

To $1,275,000.

My guess is they have a buyer and are going for that 'Sold at 100% of list!' thing.
