This is a 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 20 x 100 foot lot at 66 Winchester Street in Cabbagetown.
And if it looks familiar, it's because I posted it 2 years ago when it was listed at $1,249,000.
It sold for $1,265,000.
Two years later, there are pretty much no changes. The living room paint is the same dark grey and even the furniture and art feels similar.
But they did paint the top floor deck...
Which really only needed some plants and less rain...
And maybe some new furniture.
This time around, this house was listed at $1,495,000.
It sold...
For $1,495,000.
An increase of 'just' 9% per year.
Maybe this wasn't a real Le Creuset...
