This is a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse with a garage at 25 Oxley Street at the corner of King and Spadina.
And by garage...I'm not talking about a spot 3 floors underground. This townhouse condo has it's own personal garage right on street level.
That's got to be a plus. And the entrance on street level? I suppose that is a plus depending on who you ask.
If you want the perks of being in a condo like having a lobby...
That in this case you won't use very often....
Or a party room...
That you probably wouldn't use very often either...
Then the 'lowest condo fees in the downtown core' (apparently) of $598/month might not sound like a big deal.
But on the plus side, even if you don't use the party room, your snow is probably cleared on the sidewalk outside of your front door.
So, when you have a condo that is bright with 3 bathrooms, a large master bedroom on a second level, another room that is actually a bedroom that is big enough for a bed, a balcony (it overlooks an alley, but whatever), and a garage...
The price of $887,900 seems kind of reasonable, if not low.
Not to mention, it's a pretty great condo...if you like concrete.
Annnnd....
They might even throw in the Audrey Hepburn print.
