271 WINDERMERE AVENUE - SWANSEA
If this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 21 x 129.5 foot lot at 271 Windermere Avenue in Swansea looks familiar, it's because I posted it 2 years ago in November 2013 when the listing photo looked like this...
It was a new build that used to look like this...
So, a big improvement even if you don't like the style of the new house.
Inside, I really liked it. Here is the listing video from 2013...
There was a lot of black, but I like black.
And the living area wasn't huge, but it was a good house and had a good sized yard.
It was listed at $1,398,000. It didn't sell and the price was dropped in January $1,348,000.
It's now on the market again...
For $1,398,000.
I don't think it's going to sit as long this time around.
