The second I saw the front of this listing from the outside I knew this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3385 square foot loft (or cottage if you are in Montreal) was going to be great.
The windows are huge. There is a garage that fits 4 cars where half could be turned into some sort of studio. And according to the listing, there is a huge, 1600 square foot rooftop deck.
And when you considered it looks like this only 6 years ago...
This probably wasn't going to be a dated, office-y looking loft like the place at 548 Richmond Street West in Toronto...
But is it worth the price?
This place is listed at $995,000.
According to the host of the video below who I kept expecting to tell me how popular she was...
And what she was having for lunch...

Apparently this is a pretty happening neighbourhood, so maybe I'm wrong.
And according to the Montreal based site where I found the listing, this is a place to be.
But even though it reminds me of a smaller version of the loft at 4247 A. Colonial that was initally listed at $4,900,000 before it was dropped to $2,895,000.
$1 million? I'm still thinking...
