And though I am not into a lot of the design choices...
Like the look of the kitchen addition from the front, the stucco, the tile in the bathrooms, the bathroom vanities, the stairs that are on an angle. the dark floors, the microwave above the stove, the kitchen counter...
I love this house.
Like...love it.
There is just something about this place.
As a condo alternative, it is amazing.
And the location is great...
It is listed at $1,595,000.
I think this will sell closer to $1,850,000...maybe a little more.
Unless, I am the only one who loves it, but I am guessing I'm not.
