AND IT WENT FOR - 1 Wentworth Avenue - LANSING

A few weeks ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 92 x 280 ravine lot with 10 parking spots at 1 Wentworth Avenue in Lansing.

It was located a few streets over from the 60s/70s flashback at 74 Don River Boulevard...

That was listed at $1,499,000 and sold for $1,388,800 in July.

This house was listed at $1,799,000, but it was done.  And it wasn't a new build like the house on Don River Boulevard will most likely become.

This house was updated while keeping so many features of the house like the wood panel curtains...

It was a unique house but I thought it would find a buyer who loved it and that it would sell closer to $1,950,000.

After 24 days on the market, this house sold...

For $1,700,000.
