AND IT WENT FOR - 112D Morse Street - LESLIEVILLE

A little over three weeks ago, I posted this 2,600 square foot, 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom town house on a 15.19 x 58.56 foot lot at 112D Morse Street in Leslieville.

It was a good house.  I kind of thought there would be a lot of bland, beige walls and boob lights everywhere.

But, though there were a couple of boob lights, I liked the house.

As one commentor mentioned, there may have been a little too much chalkboard paint, but as black paint, I liked it.

It was listed at $989,000.

I thought it would sell fast and right around asking.

It didn't sell fast but it did sell close to ask.

This house sold...

For $979,000.
