AND IT WENT FOR - 56 Clarendon Avenue - SOUTH HILL
Last week, I posted this 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 16.67 x 150 foot lot at 56 Clarendon Avenue in South Hill.
It was the neighbouring house to the house that I posted in February 2013 at 56A Clarendon Avenue...
And the house that I posted in May 2012 at 56B Clarendon Avenue...
They were basically all the exact same house, just different styles.
Of the 3, this one was probably my favourite even though it was kind of dark. There was just something about the living room that I really liked...
The house at 56B Clarendon Avenue was listed at $1,299,000 and sold for $1,415,000 in 2012.
The house at 56A Clarendon Avenue was initially listed at $1,549,000 which dropped to $1,435,000 and eventually sold for $1,500,000 in September 2013.
Two years later, this house was listed at $1,698,000.
I thought it could sell for $1,735,000.
Turns out it had been listed in September for $1,750,000.
It sold on Monday...
For $1,645,000.
