The second I saw the front, it reminded me of the house at 730 Lansdowne Avenue in Junction Triangle...
Inside, they are very different.

The kitchen isn't really of the style of the rest of the house but it is a good sized kitchen.
And the basement seems to have okay ceiling height.
Plus, the yard is good and the location is pretty good at Bathurst and Bloor.
Only problem is this...
