It's a great looking house from the outside and, depending on your style, a great looking house on the inside as well.

That fireplace stone drives me crazy and I don't love the grey backsplash. But I kind of love that yellow kitchen with all the yellow accents.

I normally don't really like tables that are extensions of the counter, but it works really well here. The family room is bright and I like the exposed beam. The open second floor to the dining room might not be awesome for the kids as this feels like a fun house and I bet there are a lot of parties.

But maybe the kids like the noise.

The basement isn't finished, but there is a 2 storey coach house that could be used as a rental (it just needs a sink and a stove), or as an office, a guest room, or as a hang out space (I refuse to say 'man cave').

And there is parking.

The asking price is $1,149,000.

At first, it seems low, but there is only the small washroom on the second floor and the powder room on the first floor. Finishing the basement and adding another bathroom with a shower there would make a big difference.

As it is now though, for a family and not just a couple, the bathroom situation isn't amazing.

I know the location isn't for everyone, but I think this has still been priced for a bidding war. That coach house is a big plus.

I think this will sell closer to $1,369,000.
