This is a REALLY well looked after house.
Okay, there is a crack in the concrete in the backyard, but otherwise, it's spotless.
It is a 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house on a 14 x 95 foot lot at 61 Shirley Street in Little Portugal.

Actually, I love this whole house, including the railings. And because it is in such good condition, there isn't a lot that needs to be done
(Except adding a kitchen sink! Seriously! Where is the kitchen sink!?!).
But I don't think this house is staying as is.
My guess is that someone is going to buy it and do a reno like the one at 41 Sheridan Avenue...
That was listed at $969,000 and sold in 1 day for $1,100,000 in June.
That house was detached and it didn't back onto the train tracks like this house does...
But this is still in a great location between Roncesvalles, Dundas, Queen, and College.
It is listed at $549,800.
My guess is that it will probably sell closer to $635,000...maybe more.
UPDATE: When I realized I forgot to include the video and went to include it, I noticed the video was done on October 6. Which means that this place has been listed for almost a month. This listing is a price drop.
The first asking price was $649,900.
