So....
This is a listing for 3 pairs of semi sized lots.
There are apparently plans for each house consisting of 2,400 of living space each, 2 terraces including a rooftop deck, and 2 parking spots.
But I'm thinking this might be a problem for the sale...
As well as this parking lot across the street...
And this apartment complex and hydro tower...
But then there is this one street over...
The first asking price for these 3 lots was $2,989,000.
It just had a price drop.
The new asking price is $2,499,000.
With 6 houses at 2400 sqaure feet that could possibly (possibly!) be sold around $950,000 each...
This could be interesting.
But I still think it will have another drop.
