AND IT WENT FOR - 271 Windermere Avenue - SWANSEA

Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 21 x 129.5 foot lot at 271 Windermere Avenue in Swansea.

It was a house that I had posted before in November 2013 when the listing photo looked like this...

The asking price was $1,398,000.

I thought that if the house at 71 Morningside Avenue...

Could sell for $1,515,000...

Then this house was a steal.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped in January 2014 to $1,348,000.  It sold soon after for $1,310,000.

Less than 2 years later, it was back on the market for $1,398,000.

It just sold...

For $1,515,000.
