AND IT WENT FOR - 507 Logan Avenue - RIVERDALE

Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi on a 17.58 x 100.08 foot lot at 507 Logan Avenue in Riverdale.

It was a nice looking house from the outside, and from what we could see from the inside, it was fine as it was but also had a lot of potential.

It had been listed at $759,000 in October, but it didn't sell.

By last week, the price had been dropped to $599,000.

Clearly no one had seen that it was located just a few doors away from this fine establishment...

At least not until this week.

Because this house just sold...

For $726,000.
