It was listed in mid-October for $1,649,000.
For East York, that's pretty high.
But if you are okay with this house being divided into 5 levels (I don't know why because it would drive me nuts)...
This was a good house with great floors, good windows, a large kitchen, finished bathrooms, and overall a lot of space.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped at the beginning of November to $1,399,000.
It sold a week later...
For $1,525,000.
Just one day after the house 2 doors over at 160 Aldwych Avenue...
Sold for $879,000.
So, does that mean there will be another Bananarch house built on this street soon to go with these 2...
?
Possibly.
I just hope they put some squash balls on those things in the kitchen next time around...
Because I would NOT want to fall backwards on to those things.
