#46 - 33 Price Street - ROSEDALE
This is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner lot apartment with 1 parking spot at 33 Price Street in Rosedale/Summerhill.
When I first saw the listing, it looked really familiar and
I thought of the condo that I posted in this building in May of 2012.
But I thought it must have just been a condo on a different floor.
Turns out, it's the same place.

So, not a whole lot has changed. There are darker walls and a building has been built next door so the office isn't as bright.
And there is a tiny dining table even though the space worked with a larger table before.
But for the most part, it's the same condo and it still looks great.
When it was listed in 2012, the asking price was $624,800. I pointed out that a 5 storey building was going up next door...
And that the condo fees were $818.97/month so the price might be a little high.
I'm not sure what it sold for then, but 3 years later, the asking price is...
$645,000...
And condo fees are no $989.37/month.
So....either they are hoping for a bidding war, or this place sold in the low 5s in 2012...
Because that price difference only covers the condo fees that were paid out during the last 3 years!
