Last week, I posted this 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom detached house on a 46 x 118 foot lot at 201 Crawford Street in Trinity-Bellwoods.
It was a TCH house that needed some work, but if you were okay with being the biggest house on the street, and backing onto Trinity-Bellwoods park, then this was an amazing opportunity.
So, I couldn't figure out why this place hadn't sold with an asking price of $1,550,000.
When a house like the one across the street at 212 Crawford Street...
On a lot half the size sold for $1,679,000 a year and a half ago...
I thought this house plus the renovation cost was a deal.
After sitting on the market for over a week, it sold 3 days after I posted it and 2 weeks after being listed...
For $1,925,201.
At that price, I think it's getting torn down.
