PRICE DROP - 179 Old Yonge Street - YORK MILLS
In July, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 8 bathroom house on a 76.5 x 150 foot lot at 179 Old Yonge Street in the York Mills neighbourhood.
It was a rebuild of a house that used to look like this...
I am not sure what I like better.
Inside, I wasn't super crazy about the first floor layout. There was no dining room table and the couch was really far away from the tv.
Upstairs, the rooms were all a good size and the backyard was large. Only problem was that it overlooked Old Yonge Street...
Which isn't super busy, but it can be.
It was listed at $4,288,000.
I thought it was a weee bit high....like a LOT high.
It didn't sell and the price was just dropped...
To $3,950,000.
It will probably need another drop.
