Considering it looked like this in August...

I'm assuming it is a flip.

And here is what it looked like in November 2014 when it was listed at $469,900...

So, it was a full gut.

When I first saw it, it reminded me of a cross between the house at 98 Edwin Avenue (from the outside)...

And 69 Dixon Avenue in the Beaches...

With the dark kitchen and the first floor layout...

And the house at 288 Rhodes Avenue in Greenwood-Coxwell...

With all the black and the kitchen and the brick...

Then I took a closer look and realized that this mirror at 288 Rhodes...

Is also in this house...

And this mirror at 288 Rhodes...

Is also in this house...

As well as this deer head at 288 Rhodes...

That is also in this house...

(not a fan of that wallpaper)

So...unless 2 different people were shopping at HomeSense at the same time, buying the same things...

Then this is a flip done by the same woman that flipped 288 Rhodes, Tammy Siegersma of HomeGirl Renovations.

The house at 288 Rhodes was purchased for $369,000. It was flipped and listed 3 months later at $599,000. It sold for $635,000.

I am not sure what this house sold for in November 2014...

But it was listed a year later for $624,900.

It sold in 4 days...

For $750,000.
