22 Crocker Avenue - TRINITY-BELLWOODS
That trip to Ecuador must have been amazing...
Because the person who lives here seems to have brought half of the country back with them.
Which isn't a bad thing at all. I really, really like this house. And I like the way it has been decorated. It feels casual, but really well thought out.
I love the wood doors....a lot.
And though the space isn't big at all, it feels airy and bright.
It is a 1+1 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi on a 23.52 x 44 foot lot with a separate basement entrance.
It is located a few doors down from the semi at 16 Crocker Avenue that I posted in March 2013...
That house was also a 1+1 bedroom semi but it had 2 bathrooms instead of just one. It was on a smaller 19.08 x 45.87 foot lot.
The asking price was $569,900. It sold for $572,016.
This house that feels bigger and is brighter is listed at $699,000.
Despite the fact that it has one less bathroom (I wonder how hard it would be to add one in the basement), this is a much better house. And it is 2 years later.
So, this is selling fast and it is going over.
I'm thinking closer to $765,000...maybe more.
