It looks like a well looked after house from the outside and the inside is just as nice.
And it is very colourful.
If you aren't into colour, it isn't really a problem because a lot of it comes from the art and decor, except for the runner on the stairs which I really like. But the 2 bedrooms on the second floor? I couldn't deal with that teal in the master bedroom. Or the blue of the other bedroom. But that is just a little paint.
The kitchen is good, the bathroom is new and basically this is a great house with a good sized backyard that is west facing.
It is located up the street from
the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi that I posted 10 days ago at 271 Monarch Park Avenue
that was also move right in but didn't show quite as well.
It house was listed at $535,000. I thought it would sell for $635,000.
According to a commentor, it sold for $705,000.
This house that has one more bedroom giving it a larger pool of buyers is listed at $699,900.
It will probably sell closer to $835,000.
