Last week, I posted this 1+1 bedroom, 1 bathroom bungalow semi on a 23.52 x 44 foot lot at 22 Crocker Avenue in Trinity-Bellwoods.
It wasn't the most exciting looking house from the outside, but the inside was bright and colourful.
The person who lived here clearly had a thing for Ecuador...
And I loved it.
Sure, the decor made a lot of the house, but the 2 storey living room with the skylights and the loft would be great with any interior (well, almost).
It was listed at $699,000.*
When I posted it last week and earlier this week on WDish, I mentioned that this was going to go fast and probably over ask.
I thought it would sell around $765,000...maybe more.
It sold in 6 days...
For $811,500.
