Yesterday, I posted
It was a good house that had been fully updated, including a new boiler for radiant heat and a new kitchen.
It was listed at $1,099,000.
So, considering this was a great option in this neighbourhood, it was clearly going over.
And it did. I thought it would sell close to $1,250,000...maybe $1,275,000. Turns out it had already sold when I posted.
This house sold after only 1 day on the market...
For $1,328,000.
