AND IT WENT FOR - 354A Harbord Street - BICKFORD PARK

At the beginning of December, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom town house with 1 parking spot on a 15 x 60 foot lot at 345A Harbord Street in Bickford Park.

It was in a series of town homes called Harbord Towns.  It was designed by Superkul and built by Oben Flats.  As one of the commentors mentioned, the interior was done by Christine Dovey, whose own house is still for sale at 399 Pine Street in Oakville.

Though this town house was only 15 feet wide, it didn't feel narrow.  It had a good interior and it was bright.

If you didn't mind that there was no backyard, this was a great town house.

The asking price was $1,289,900.

It just sold after 43 days on the market...
