On Saturday, I posted this 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse condo at 983 Dundas Street East in Leslieville.

It was a similar layout to the condo I had posted earlier at 25 Oxley Street in King West

but that condo had $598/month condo fees and, in comparison to this condo, it was kind of dark.

This condo was bigger, it was super bright, and the condo fees were only $198/month.  

The neighbourhoods are very different with the Oxley Street condo being located right downtown.

But this condo was so much better all around and if I were to choose, it would definitely be this place..

Plus, it was listed $100 less than the Oxley Street condo at $899,800.

It sold in 3 days...

For $920,000.
