I don't get this toilet placement that wasn't shown in the first listing...
Why is there no door for that toilet area? Seems king of odds stuck in the corner.
Other than that toilet, it's a good house. Just on a weird corner lot...

It was listed at $3,495,000.
That is really
really
high.
When it was listed in
June 2013, it was listed at $1,499,000. There is no way $2 million was put into this to convert it from a multiplex to a single family home.
I thought it would sell closer to $2,850,000...maybe.
It didn't sell and it has been relisted with a price drop.
The new asking price for this house is...
$3,488,000.
