Earlier today, when a reader commented that
this 3+3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 25 x 67.25 foot lot at 79 Markham Street
had a price increase...
And they basically said...
(Actually, they said 'WTF? but close enough.)

With no backyard...
The house that was on a 67.25 foot lot...
And was listed at $1,188,000...
Well...
It hasn't sold and it has in fact had a price increase...
To $1,388,000.
