103 Bedford Road - ANNEX
This is a 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi with 1 parking spot on a 23.08 x 107 foot lot at 103 Bedford Road in the Annex.
And am I just confused or has the been listed in the past year? I can't find anything on the internet, but I am almost positive I have seen that staircase several times over the last year and a bit.
Or maybe it is just another Annex house with a black staircase.
Because this house is done, and done well so I am not sure why it wouldn't have sold.
It's pricey for a semi at $2,725,000...
But when you consider that
the 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 25 x 127 foot lot a few doors down at 97 Bedford Road
...
That had the 80s interior that one reader said would be 'gutted like a fish'...
The house that was
initially listed at $2,895,000 in 2012
...
Only to have several price changes before finally selling in
...
Then this price probably isn't that crazy.
P.S. I'm normally not a fan of stain glassed windows, but these are amazing...
