AND IT WENT FOR - 119 Benson Avenue - WYCHWOOD

Last week, I posted this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 20.85 x 116.58 foot lot at 119 Benson Avenue in Wychwood (or Hillcrest).

It was a good looking home from the outside and just as good on the inside.

I wasn't super crazy about the backsplash or the counters in the kitchen but those could be changed. 

 And the house as a whole was move right in with a yard that was big enough to do an addition to create a family room and bigger second floor bathroom and potentially a third floor master suite.

It was listed at $1,049,000.

I thought it would sell for $1,245,000, maybe even more because of the 3 Le Creusets.

It sold...

For $1,216,000.
