AND IT WENT FOR - 491 Parkside Drive - HIGH PARK/RONCESVALLES

Two weeks ago, I posted

this 7 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 40 x 150 foot lot at 491 Parkside Drive in Roncesvalles (or High Park).

The asking price was $1,349,000. 

And I was a little confused considering it had

sold in December 2014

for around $1,300,000...or maybe it was $1,351,000 (I can't remember exactly).

After 11 days on the market, it sold...

For $1,473,000.
