75 Glen Edyth Road - SOUTH HILL
This is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 67 x 180 foot lot at 75 Glen Edyth Road in South Hill.
But from looking at the floor plan...
That 4th bedroom is actually the dressing room for the master bedroom.
So, this is really a 3 bedroom house.
For the most part, I sort of like this house.
I am not crazy about how the house looks from the front, or these things on the roof..
And
as I pointed out when I first posted this house in September 2012, the front hall kind of looks like the lobby of the Passport Office at 75 Victoria Street...
But I like the kitchen (sort of), the windows (sort of), and the bathrooms (sort of).
This house was previously listed in 2010 when it was the
Toronto Life House of the Week. The asking price was $5,880,000.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped in November 2010 to $4,998,000 and stayed at that price until I posted it 2 years later.
So, it sat on the market for 2 years at $5 million. It was clearly overpriced.
It is now listed again with the same furniture throughout (except the living room) so it clearly never sold.
And now, the asking price is...
$8,800,000.
