At the beginning of April, I posted
this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 17 x 122.08 foot lot at 11A Garden Avenue.
It was a flip of a house that used to look like this...
And it looked like a good flip.
I didn't love the kitchen countertops...
The wonky basement layout...
The black subway tile in the bathroom...
Or the layout of the bathrooms...
Then it could have worked here.
But for a move in ready semi with 2 parking spots in Roncesvalles, I didn't get why it wasn't selling. The price seemed right to me.
When I posted it, it had already been listed for a couple of weeks. The asking price was $1,289,000.
It looks like it still didn't sell for a couple more weeks and 5 days ago, the price was dropped to $1,149,900.

For $1,250,000.
