The floors were great. The railing was good. It was bright and comfortable (though it didn't exactly feel lived in).
I just couldn't figure out why they moved the garage from the side of the house to the front...
But left a parking pad there with 3 french doors opening up onto it from the family room...

I thought it might be a little overpriced.
I thought it would sell fast but under ask.
