AND IT WENT FOR - 199 Jones Avenue - LESLIEVILLE
In December, I posted
this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 16.17 x 100 foot lot at 119 Jones Avenue in Leslieville.
It was a flip of a TCH house that sold probably somewhere close to $530,000 in 2014 when it looked like this...
As far as the flip goes, it wasn't bad. I didn't love the floors and there were too many trends like the wood wall...
And the brick wall...
And the forest wallpaper...
But for the most part, it was a good flip.
There was just no parking and the house was located on a fairly busy street.
It was listed at $899,000 and had been listed for almost 2 months. I thought the price was high and that if they had listed at $799,000, they probably would have gotten somewhere around $835,000.
I guess they disagreed because, in mid-March, the price was increased to $929,000.
