On Tuesday, I posted

this 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house with 2 parking spaces on a 20 x 110 foot lot at 746 Logan Avenue.

It needed a lot of work, but it had a ton of potential, and it was located across from Withrow Park...

And the asking price was $1,100,000.

So...

They were totally looking for a bidding war.

I thought it would sell close to $1,375,000...maybe even $1,425,000.

It sold...

For $1,503,000.

Guess the bidding war strategy worked.
