Last week, I posted
this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 19.42 x 90 foot lot at 82 Shaftesbury Avenue in Summerhill.
It was a flip...
And I didn't get it.
The whole first floor living room/other living room situation separated by a bathroom just didn't make sense and really made the first floor a tight space when it didn't need to be.
And I didn't get the third floor room that was only accessed from the master bedroom. If that is supposed to be a bedroom, it really means this was a 3 bedroom and not 4 bedroom house.
And there was no yard...just parking.
The asking price was $1,699,000.
I thought it was way too high and apparently it was. This house had a price drop 3 days after I posted it to $1,499,000.

For $1,556,000.
