When it was relisted, they decided to go for a look more like this...
Whatever the listing photo looked like, this was a good house with a great backyard...
In 2013, it was listed at $4,800,000. It sold in 4 days for $5,200,000.
In July 2015, it was back on the market for $5,895,000. I thought it might be a little high.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped in September to $5,749,000.
I still thought it was a little high but not by much.
It didn't sell and there has been another price drop. The new price for this house is...
$5,665,000.
Sounds better.
But maybe they should fill this wine cellar and through that in with the house...
