This house has been listed for a while.
It is a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom 'Dairy' conversion on a 31 x 160 foot lot in a laneway at 23A Morton Road in the Danforth.
I first posted it in December 2014 when the asking price was $2,499,000.
Sure, it is 2000 square feet of living space with a 400 square foot deck and another 4800 square feet in an undeveloped 'coach house'...
But $2.5 million? I thought it was a little high.
It was and the
price was dropped in January 2015 to $2,349,900. And
again in September 2015 to $2,250,000
...
And
again in November 2015 to $2,045,000. I thought it was still going to be tough.
The price has just been dropped again...
To $1,999,000.
It's still going to be tough.
