As far as a flip goes, it's not bad. They had a lot to work with as it already had a good layout and there was a room at the back of the house that could be made into a family room.
It doesn't look like they changed the windows which I am not loving, but the floors are new. I just wish the walls were whiter. There is something about that colour with the floor colour that I am not loving.
And one of the rooms is really small.
But it is a good move in ready house, with a family room, a finished basement, a new deck, a good sized yard, and a location right across from Maurice Cody PS.
Considering that a similar sized house (minus the family room) at
