And sold for $675,000.

If you take the price of the house from 2005 and add a 10% yearly increase, that would make it a $1,836,000 house today...without the renovation.
It was listed at $1,825,000.
It sold in 5 days...
For $2,382,226.
That's good news for the house I posted yesterday at 211 Kingswood Road...
