That house was fully renovated (and according to a reader, it was done by the same flippers as the people who did the Julia Child house at936 Carlaw Avenue).
Unlike that house at 78 Browning, this house hasn't been fully renovated recently, but it is a good house. The way it is now, it isn't really for me. I don't love the colours or all the red exposed brick, but I can see someone loving it.
For me, I like it more for the potential as a big semi with a bigger kitchen and more bathrooms.
And it seems like a great opportunity for someone to brighten it up and add bathrooms on the third floor like the

Ummm.....
This is a great house and someone might love the style, and it has a new kitchen and a finished basement. But the kitchen is small and is kind of a weird layout. And the 1 bathroom upstairs for the 4 bedrooms is tiny.
I think this is listed a wee bit too high.
It does have a parking spot though.
