Thing is....
This place was listed in February for $729,000. It sold in 1 day for $750,000.

And then it's back on the market less than 3 months later for $250,000 more!?!
Well, I guess that wasn't enough of a profit because this house has now had a price increase.

With no changes...
Is $1,198,000.
Or $450,000 in 3 months.
