when it looked like this...
It was a house that needed a lot of work but had a ton of potential.
It was listed at $1,100,000 which I thought was really low. It
...a deal.
A year and a half later, it had been totally renovated and was back on the market for $2,499,000.
It was a great house and I liked the style, but I thought it was odd that they left the kitchen in the same small space as it was before with the same foot print. And I found the third floor layout a bit odd as well.
I thought this house would sell closer to $2,350,000.
It sat and in mid-April, they dropped the price to $2,449,000.
It
a month later...
For $2,395,000.
