PRICE DROP - 45 Russell Hill Road - SOUTH HILL
About 3 weeks ago, I posted this 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 75 x 213 foot lot at 45 Russell Hill Road in South Hill.
I had posted it before when it was listed in August 2013 for $4,788,000.
It was a nice house, but it kind of had a weird layout and the backyard wasn't very big. I thought it was overpriced.
It didn't sell and was put up 'For Lease' for $16,800/month only 3 weeks after it was listed.
Then the price was dropped 2 weeks later to $4,495,000.
Three weeks ago, a reader sent me a note saying that this house was for sale again, and that they had seen Dion Phaneuf moving out the day before.
And considering that this looked like Phaneuf's wife, Elisha Cuthbert, in front of the house in the Google street view from September 2015...
With the dog that Dion Phaneuf posted on his Instagram the day before his trade from the Leafs to the Senators was announced...
In a room that looked like the family room of this house...
It looks like this was the home of Dion Phaneuf and Elisha Cuthbert. Or that they were leasing.
When it was listed 3 weeks ago, the asking price was $4,495,000.
And I guess the person who owns the house now REALLY wants to sell because this house has just had a price drop...
To $3,950,000.
